How it works
- Upload one or more existing mold meshes
- Enter the printer build volume and safety margin
- Review only the cuts that exceed the build volume
- Download keyed, FDM-arranged mold sections

Upload an existing mold STL and split its printable bodies to a chosen printer volume. The same production splitter can add safe mating pins, sockets and sealing channels across new cut interfaces. Supported mesh inputs are STL, OBJ, 3MF, GLB, GLTF and FBX. STEP, STP and IGES should be exported to a mesh format first. The geometry workflow runs in your browser. Quote and account actions are separate services and are only used when you submit them.
Yes. The mold splitter accepts a supported mesh for the existing mold and creates a printer-volume-aware plan for printable parts. Review the output before downloading.
They can use mating pins, sockets and sealing channels when the cut interface is safe. The geometry system deliberately skips risky thin or fragmented areas rather than forcing a fragile connector.
It arranges the generated pieces with a printable face on the bed and places them side by side. The original ZIP preserves the split assembly context instead.
That is the purpose of this workflow. Enter the real build volume and safety margin, then review the minimum practical part plan before export.
