How it works
- Upload the model for a flexible silicone form
- Set silicone thickness and shell-part controls
- Adjust the vertical split plane before generating
- Review and download the shell and support parts

Generate a lightweight model-following shell with a split plane, base-channel logic, pour opening and separate U-clips. Control shell thickness and the model clearance before creating printable parts. Supported mesh inputs are STL, OBJ, 3MF, GLB, GLTF and FBX. STEP, STP and IGES should be exported to a mesh format first. The geometry workflow runs in your browser. Quote and account actions are separate services and are only used when you submit them.
It is a lightweight shell workflow that follows a model’s outer form while providing split, clearance, base-channel and clip controls. It is intended for a structured mold-making workflow, not for directly printing silicone.
Shell thickness depends on model size, material choice and how the printed parts will be used. Set the thickness control, inspect the result and avoid treating one number as correct for every model.
The workflow exposes a pour-opening control along the seam logic. Its placement should let material reach the cavity while remaining practical for your model orientation and casting procedure.
Separate clips can be printed and positioned around the shell without becoming fragile disconnected geometry inside a half. Check their placement and fit against the generated shell before use.
