Last updated: August 21, 2026. This policy explains how AutoMold3D handles account data, browser-based model processing, quote requests, live support and optional Google sign-in.
When you sign in, Supabase Auth stores your account session, email and basic profile fields.
If enabled, AutoMold3D requests only basic authentication scopes such as email, profile and openid.
Information we collect
- Account information such as email address, profile display name and subscription status.
- Quote or support information you submit, including project descriptions, selected contact channel and optional uploaded reference files.
- Technical usage data needed to keep the site secure, prevent abuse and debug failures.
- Google sign-in identity data only when you choose Google as a login method.
How model files are handled
Core mold generation, optimization and splitting are designed to run on the user’s device. Files are not uploaded simply because you preview or process them locally. Files are transmitted only when you intentionally submit a quote/support request, upload community content, or use a future feature that clearly requires server-side storage.
How we use information
- Authenticate your account and keep your session secure.
- Provide quote, support, account and subscription features.
- Improve reliability, troubleshoot errors and protect the service from spam or abuse.
- Contact you through the channel you selected for quote or support responses.
Google user data
Google user data is used only to authenticate you, identify your account, and display basic profile information inside AutoMold3D. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for advertising. Access is limited to what is necessary for sign-in and account management.
Sharing and retention
We share data only with infrastructure providers needed to operate the service, such as Supabase for authentication/database features and Telegram notifications when support alerts are configured. Project and contact records are retained while needed to provide service, comply with legal requirements, or until deletion is requested where applicable.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of account-related data. If Google sign-in is enabled, you can revoke AutoMold3D’s access from your Google Account permissions page and request account deletion from us.
